Enforce 100 per cent compliance with spousal consent legal provisions in land transactions

President William Ruto's administration pledged to expand free sanitary towel distribution. While the Basic Education Amendment Act already legally mandates the government to provide free towels in public schools, the proposed Provision of Sanitary Towels Bill, No.7 Of 2024 seeks to explicitly expand this mandate to all public institutions and public washrooms nationwide.
